I think that sleeping late for kids are not good. As for myself, I usually get 9 hours of sleep. Everyday I will watch television at 9pm-10pm. And I will sleep right after the show. I will wake up at 6.30am in the morning. I think that 9 hours of sleep is ok to me.

My mother will not care about the time my sister and I sleep at night She says that if we sleep late and fall ill, we bear the circumstances ourself. My father will always ask us to sleep early. Sleeping late is not good for the health. Many of the secondary school students will sleep at around 8.30pm and wake up at 2-3am to study. They said that at that time, your brain is the freshest. But for that point, I do not agree. For my logic, you should sleep early and wake up early. Many people think that sleeping late at night and waking up late in the morning is better. Actually, if that is your logic, nobody can stop you from doing that. Only you can stop yourself.

In a day, I will finish up my school homework and then finish my tuition homework. But do not worry. I will spare some time to relax. In a week, I do not really have the time to play computer. When I switch on the computer, I either do blogging or play music. I rarely have the time to play online games. Only after my exams, I will on the computer almost everyday.

Adults should also sleep early. But sometimes they have too much things to do and they stay up late. If they continue to do stay up late for a few days, the next few nights they will do the same thing. That's how adults sleep late at night.


Last but not least, advise to all: Sleep early and wake up early!
